Job Responsibilities: Checking customers in and out for services, check in vehicles and inspect them, assisting customers with product inquiries and sales in person as well as on the phone, scheduling service appointments, create customer invoices & warranties, keep customers aware of status updates, when vehicles are ready for pick up, and how long services take, be able to look up & order accessories, file invoices monthly, meet weekly & monthly sales objectives, pitch sales promotions, perform basic accounting functions (i.e.-processing POs, billing, Accounts payable & receivable, knowledge of excel spreadsheets & QuickBooks), assist in inventory control and stocking, support team members daily. Cleaning requirements: clean lobby showroom, bathrooms, empty trash, vacuum, stock fridge with drinks.
What do you need to have? Consumer sales experience in a retail environment, automotive experience preferred, Knowledge of 4 wheel/off-road product is a +
What else will you learn? Estimate costs and completion times at point of sale. Clearly communicate them to customers, assign jobs to technicians based on skill level and current resource utilization. Review work-in-progress to ensure quality and timeliness of work.
